Where is Tinseltown Holiday Spectacular taking place?

FDR Park, located in between the American Swedish Museum and the historic Boathouse. For directions, please enter 1900 Pattison Avenue, the Novacare Parking Lot is located on Pattison Avenue.

What if I arrive after my entry time?

Due to limited capacity, guests are asked to arrive at their selected time.  

Will parking be available?

Parking will be available at Novacare Lot on Pattison Avenue.  Please follow our attendants’ instructions as you enter. For ADA parking, please alert our parking attendants so you can be directed to your appropriate spot.  

Can I buy a skating or Santa photo ticket for an earlier time than my entry time?

All special attractions must be purchased for your entry time or after the time of your entry ticket.  Guests must have an entry ticket to access any of Tinseltown’s ticketed special attractions. 

Can I bring my pet?

On Wednesdays, guests are welcome to bring their furry, canine friends. Owners must keep their dogs leashed at all times and are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Any poorly behaved or aggressive dogs will be asked to leave.  

**These restrictions do not apply to guests traveling with service animals.

Can I bring a stroller? 

Yes, strollers are allowed. 

Can I bring my own food and beverage?

No outside food or beverage is allowed inside Tinseltown Holiday Spectacular. Tinseltown offers several festive food & beverage options throughout the event space.

How can my business be a part of Mistletoe Marketplace?

Local businesses interested in exhibiting in Mistletoe Marketplace can request more information.

Do I need a ticket to the event to shop at Mistletoe Marketplace?

Only Tinseltown Holiday Spectacular ticket holders will have access to shop in Mistletoe Marketplace. 

Does my Santa photo ticket or skating ticket allow me entrance into Tinseltown?

Santa photo tickets and skating tickets DO NOT grant you access to Tinseltown. Guests must purchase a general event ticket in addition to our offered ticketed activities.

Are there restrooms?

Yes, there will be restrooms located throughout the event. 

Are walk-up tickets available?

Pending availability, walk-up tickets may be available.  However, due to limited capacities, guests are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets in advance.  

Is any part of Tinseltown Holiday Spectacular heated?

Tinseltown Holiday Spectacular's is located within an outdoor park exposed to the elements and the magic of the stars.  Guests are encouraged to dress warmly during their visit. Union Forge Lodge and the North Pole Café are heated tent areas. 

What happens if there is inclement weather?

All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Tinseltown takes place in rain, light snow, and cold temperatures. Tinseltown does not operate if there are severe weather conditions.   

  • If a night of Tinseltown Holiday Spectacular is cancelled due to severe weather, we will notify ticket purchasers via email. Purchasers will have the option to exchange their tickets for a future date and time.    

  • If an exchange is made for a higher-priced ticket, the difference in price must be paid at the time of the exchange.  All other weather-related exchanges will be processed as equal exchanges.    

  • Prices are subject to change and tickets are limited.  Ticket exchanges are subject to current gate pricing, blackout dates, and availability.
